A hybrid of Portuguese and Cantonese cookery. 

 

David joined with the Employees Only team to open Macao Trading Co. in Tribeca in 2008. The city’s history as a Portuguese colony was reflected in both Chinese and Portuguese versions of family-style dishes, served in a sultry, energetic space eliciting the feel of Macao’s portside red lantern district.
