From 2016-2019, David was Director of Culinary Affairs at the Institute of Culinary Education. At ICE’s New York City campus, he provided mentorship to students, collaborated with prestigious local restaurants to place ICE students in coveted externships, and sustained relationships with ICE alumni chefs.
At the NYC campus, David taught the professional culinary course and recreational classes, and conducted special events and demos. He also redesigned the curricula for the both the NYC and Pasadena campuses.
